Returns

We hope that you love your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

    • E-books and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.

  2. How to Return:

    • We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  2. Non-Refundable Items:

    • E-books and digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

    • Used or opened items are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on availability and your preference.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
